Through intense personal sadhana, pilgrimages, and contemplation, I’ve immersed myself in the profound wisdom of spiritual lineages — the Upanishads, Bhagavad Gita, Kashmir Shaivism, Sri Vidya Tantra, and beyond. I’ve also experienced the living energy of ancient temples and the powerful transformative qualities of mantra and ritual.
